In most cases, items purchased from Philina Eli Shop can be returned within 14 days of receipt of the goods. During this period you can try out and check the product, as is usual in stationary stores. The product must still be in its original condition and must not be damaged in any way. The product may only be removed from the packaging if it is not sealed.
If you wish to return the item, you must inform us. To do this, fill out the return form on our website or use the sample withdrawal form below. You can also inform us of your return by e-mail to philina-eli.costumerservice.de. Please note that you must return the items to us within 14 days of notifying us of the return.
Processing your return
Once we have received your return, we will check the returned item and then start processing your refund. Your money will be refunded via the payment method you used at the time of purchase, unless you have requested a different refund. We will pay out your refund within 7 days. We will pay the shipping costs for the return.
